I'd guess HTS will be good during a recession which is where the US is heading.

what? two years?

all i know is these REITs pay some fat dividends

Really think a year?

recent dip down to $24 was sweet

govt locking in low rates makes these REIT safe havens for at least 1 year and half

Best thing I can say is to call their IR and get the forecast. But if they keep it fairly steady and the market yield is better than average, then it may be worth it. But if they decrease the yield, eh... well... wait.

What do you think about buying this if it dips a little lower. How is the dividend looking this year you think.
