My guess they make a deal and some of the shares are returned 50 to 75%

Difficult to come up with a timetable when having a court case going on. I hope if they foresee a long delay, they let us know.
But yes, November feel like a good date. I think as far as the company is concerned there is nothing more urgent than getting this court case over and done

If they were a SEC filer now imo they would not have been able to file what they did and how they did it with the last q submitted to otc markets

They are hung up in court and imo it will be settled in 30-60 days and then we will see what’s what. High caliber folks in charge imo

According to the last q filing they state they moved in 200 million worth of assets. But they then put out no follow up news to explain
They state the os is 24 million when 63 million is still in limbo

These guys are not being accurate with facts and hence there is no new buyers interested atm
And I think it's astonishing that holders of 12 million shares are hanging on . Sort of . The bids 11 cents now

It may take time but a very frustrating time since there is no timetable whatsoever and meanwhile the stock is being kicked around like a football.
Not a good beginning for a super stock.

Things take time, do you not think it's in his best interest for share price to be higher.... over 200mill in mergers and a massive share reduction coming. Why not sell if you think it's going lower ??

According to the filing they moved almost all into the shell. But they show no proof and no explanation so it's meaningless amd will stay meaningless until they become fully audited

That 5000 share buy shows just how out of touch with reality these guys are atm.

The 18 million is domes shares and we're sullise to be removed 8 months ago. The 45 million they gave SEP and now want returned is in litigation in Harris County Texas. The petition filed in NC needs to be explained but these guys are incapable of talking.

Nick is a good guy but has an extremely bad judge of character s.

have been pestering Nick and know nothing more than what’s mentioned. Concerned about the progress, this company is not his first. Personally, I think many of the choices that were made have been reckless…

Plus the court case with blfr and screaming eagle in Harris country shows active since July 24 over the the 45 million shares

So some stuff isn't making any sense and the company doesn't seem interested in explaining it

Whatever gets you to sleep at night . Nick has no control over anything now . He gave the company away. He's heavily involved with another company as well .
He thought Kirk was an awesome dude. Gave SEP 45 million series A. Then BORDERS . Then this rene dude. So then they convert SEPs series A to commons so rene could max out the remaining series A shares.

They aquire a couple of texas companies but after 2 months give no details on what's what with operations. The market has taken a pass . Then another late q for what . They claim another 200 million moved into the company no details . Claim the os is 24 million when its 87.

I would like to think that Nick would work overtime to make investors aware of this company and its future potential, after all that's part of his job. Besides he holds 4,000,000 shares. He is not doing that and maybe that's because he knows what's coming and is not worried at all.
