First, the Company will be announcing a major acquisition and a new business direction for the Company later this week. Toward that end, the Company will begin the process to obtain a new stock symbol and change the name of the company.

In conjunction with the new business direction the Company will be taking action to become a fully reporting company as defined by Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act with a goal of achieving an uplisting to OTCQB status to provide more transparency to its shareholders and investors.
