NEW YORK, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today lists the units of Enterprise Acquisition Corp.
under the ticker symbol EST.U. The offering size is 25M units at
$10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $250M (excluding the
underwriters' over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of
common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only
security trading. The IPO has UBS Bank Securities and Ladenburg
Thalmann & Co. as co-book running managers with I-Bankers
Securities as underwriter. Located in Boca Raton, Florida,
Enterprise Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized company formed
for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange,
asset or other similar business combination with one or more
