                         Announces Major Product Launch

Vividas, the developer and provider of market leading video streaming
technologies, is delighted to announce the launch of VivStreamTM Video Platform.
As stated in the company's interim results announcement on 28 March 2008, this
is an important development for the business since Vividas believes that this
new online video platform will represent the most comprehensive and
technologically advanced platform available in the market place.  The Directors
expect the new platform to form a key component of Vividas' sales offering.

VivStreamTM Video Platform supports full screen, high quality online video
streaming. The solution combines Vividas' high quality streaming technology with
two of its content delivery products, VivStreamTM Internet TV and VivStreamTM
PPV and will enable media content owners, broadcasters and resellers to roll out
an end-to-end Internet TV channel or a portal for Pay Per View ("PPV")
solutions, quickly and easily.

Significantly, the solution also encompasses full website development and
deployment, payment gateway interfaces, a comprehensive content management
system, digital rights management protection and detailed reporting on users and
revenues.
