ADMISSION OF SHARES

Warrants to subscribe for 62,500 new Common Shares in Thistle Mining Inc. at an
exercise price of Cdn $0.25 cents per share, were exercised on 21 November 2003.

An application for the new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market has been made with the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on Monday 1 December 2003.
The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
