Livingstone, a non-executive director of NEPR, purchased 400,000 CFDs over NEPR
ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of EUR 0.781563 per Share.



Following the acquisition Ian Livingstone holds an interest of 2.8 million CFDs
over Shares.
