     MEDI@INVEST ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF CHILDRENS' ISP

Medi@Invest PLC ("Medi@Invest"), the media and internet investment
company, announces that kzuk.net, the ISP aimed at 
children and families, has been formally launched.

On 20 January 2000, Medi@Invest acquired a 55 per cent stake in KZN
Media Limited, which owns kzuk.net. The ISP offers free,
safe and secure on-line access to educational and
entertainment content for children, as well as password
controlled access to the internet for older children and
parents.

The Management's initial strategy for kzuk.net is to focus on the
market for 5-12 year olds, which is one of the fastest
growing groups of internet users. The brand is expected
to be rolled out into Europe, with Spain as a primary
target.

kzuk.net has been launched with over 20,000 pages of content,
licensed rights to animated characters and exclusive
music. Revenue will be derived from a share of the
connect charges, sponsorships, advertising and e-commerce
directed at children and families. In the first year, KZN
is expecting to distribute several million disks through
magazine cover mounts, schools and marketing partners.

KZN Media  is also looking to establish "the Zone" aimed at
families and older children. KZN Media owns the UK
internet rights to use the 50 Little Monsters and
Microscopic Milton characters, already featured in
animated series on the BBC, Disney and ITV.
