AGM statement

Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading global provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today at 9:30am at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP.

At the meeting, Philip Crawford, Group Non-executive Chairman, will make the following statement: "The Company has made a positive start to the new financial year with bookings in the first three months ahead of the corresponding period last year. We have been pleased to announce a number of important wins for both our collateral management and our regulatory reporting products and we see this as validation of our renewed focus on our core products.

"Two of these announcements have been in respect of our flagship reporting product, AgileREPORTER(R) for OFSAA, highlighting the early traction we are seeing from our strategic partnership with Oracle America Inc. We recently completed a placing to raise gross proceeds of GBP8m with certain institutional and other investors, which positions the Company well for the next stage of its growth. The Board continues to look forward to the future with confidence."
