Pursuant to the above-named Company's 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme,
application has been made to the Financial Service Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be
admitted to the Official List upon exercise of options. The Shares will rank
pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
