Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Company announces that ZAI Corporate Finance Ltd ("ZAI") has terminated its engagement with the Company as its nominated adviser ("Nomad") and broker with immediate effect. As such trading in the Company's shares have been suspended in accordance with AIM Rule 1.

If the Company fails to appoint a new Nomad on or before 06 March 2017, trading in the Company's securities on AIM will be cancelled.
