Further to the announcement made on 24 April 1998 giving details
of the acquisition of Vale Royal Abbey Golf Club, the share
issue will be for  11,466,666 shares at 1.875 pence each being
the average share price prevailing between 20 April 1998 and 18
May 1998.  Application will be made for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission of the shares is expected
to take place on 28 May 1998.
