Conversion Rate for 2020 Final Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc (the
"Company") for the year ended 31 December 2020 released on 2 March
2021, the directors of the Company have determined that the
exchange rate applicable to the 2020 final dividend is 1.41603
US$/GBGBP. The sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 23.5 US
cents per share announced on 2 March 2021 will therefore be 16.5957
pence per share.
The final dividend will be paid on 30 June 2021 to shareholders
on the register on 23 April 2021.
