1. We know that under "what we sell" in the investor presentation, they don't list aiWARE. Only sell applications, workflows and solutions.

I believe this was setting up to move with or without FOXO. A lot of shares were purchased here prior to all of that. That is just the route they chose. I think either way it was just a matter of time as long as earnings stayed positive over time.
