     BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
     
     The  Company  has today made application  to  the  London
     Stock  Exchange Limited for the admission to the Official
     List  of 144,254 ordinary shares of 5p each by way  of  a
     block  listing  in  respect of  the  future  exercise  of
     warrants.  These ordinary shares, on exercise, will  rank
     parri  passu  with the existing ordinary shares  then  in
     issue.   It  is  anticipated that  admission  of  144,254
     ordinary shares will take effect on 16 September 1999.
