The Company announces that it has issued 59,949 new ordinary shares to five
employees following the exercise of share options.  The new ordinary shares
rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.  Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Limited for
these new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 17 December 1997.
