                           Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Board of Clinical Computing would like to notify the market of the following:

Clinical Computing Plc's capital consists of 33,110,361 ordinary shares with
voting rights.  The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Clinical Computing Plc is
33,110,361.

The above figure (33,110,361) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Clinical Computing Plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
