("One Delta" or the "Company")

Subscription to raise a further GBP15,000 and issue of equity

Further to the announcement earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that it has raised a further GBP15,000 through the issue of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value at a subscription price of 1.5p per share ("Subscription Shares") to Roger Maddock, the Chairman of the Company, (the "Subscription"). In addition, the Company has agreed to issue 1,400,000 new ordinary shares of no par value at the subscription price of 1.5p per share ("Fee Shares") in satisfaction of certain fees owed to him by the Company amounting to GBP21,000.

Following the issue of the Subscription Shares and the Fee Shares, Roger Maddock will be interested in 5,273,556 ordinary shares, equivalent to 1.84 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

Related party transaction

Due to the fact that Roger Maddock is a Director of the Company, his participation in the Subscription and his receipt of the Fee Shares constitute related party transactions as defined by the AIM Rules. Roger King, the independent director, having consulted with Sanlam Securities UK Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser, considers that Mr Maddock's participation in the Subscription and his receipt of the Fee Shares are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders are concerned.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Subscription Shares and the Fee Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the Subscription Shares and the Fees Shares will commence on 20 March 2014.

Following the issue of the Subscription Shares and the Fee Shares, the Company will have 285,974,355 ordinary voting shares in issue.
