yes blows my mind some times when bids get whacked 30% lower than an ask just went for AZRH, we had huge consolidation this week, hopefully the more that see the real value in multi-dollars wont be whacking and just let buyers find their way up to where ever sellers are

I would be surprised if no one at least kicked the tires but it is hard to tell, especially if they need to responsible to all stakeholders not just shareholders

Like some deals might require them to fire lots of employees
