Anpario announces that it was notified today by Karen Prior, Group Finance Director of the Company, that on 8 October 2020 Karen Prior sold 56,064 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 400p. Following the sale, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Karen Prior in Anpario is 74,751 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
