INDICES PROCEDURES DUE TO ALPARGATAS S.A. (ALPA4) PTO

In reference to the 094-2023-PRE Circular Letter, we hereby inform you that, due
to Alpargatas S.A. (ALPA4) Voluntary PTO for preferred shares, held at 3:00 p.m.
on June 21, 2023 pursuant to the notice published on May 22, 2023, B3 will adopt
procedures below for June 22, 2023 opening on theoretical indices portfolios:

ALPA4 - NEW QUANTITIES
Index: IBOV, IBXX, IGCX, ICON, IGCT, IBRA, INDX, IVBX, SMLL
Quantity to be excluded: 813,492
Exclusion Price: R$ 10,50
Quantity remaining on the indices as of June 22, 2023: 201,952,502

In that way, the closing value for above indices on June 21, 2023, will be
calculated considering the weighted average between the excluded quantity, at
the auction's price, and the remaining quantity of the portfolio at the ALPA4
closing price on the cash market on June 21, 2023.
For June 22, 2023 opening, the respective divisors will be adjusted.
