Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 15, 2022, Micheal L. Hicks, resigned as President of Superior Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (”Superior”), Unit Corporation’s mid-stream affiliate. Mr. Hicks was appointed President of Superior on April 1, 2020. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer (from June 2019 through March 2020), Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering (from December 2014 to June 2019), and as Vice President of Operations (from his April 2013 employment start date to December 2014).

Superior is a joint venture between Unit Corporation and SP Investor Holdings, LLC, a holding company jointly owned by OPTrust and funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group.
