I guess the real question is why would Innovative Outcomes want to reverse merge into an empty shell ticker symbol with 29.08B shares outstanding and 23.47B shares in the float?

How can IO be in alignment with a market cap of around $5.8 million dollars?

What is Innovative Outcome's assets vs liabilities? Where are their revenues/earnings to support this market cap @ only .0001/share?

Guess we just have to "wait and see" over the next couple of quarters and pray that Jeff Ballas stays FAR Away from the dilution machine

another interesting point to reinforce your theory is that yahoo finance (the natl enquirer of financial engines) posts the volume yesterday as 220M
which is.....about 500M less than what we got to see on all our browsers.
I think your second paragraph can translate for my naivete as "diluters won't sell into (large quantities) of 000001 which is what happened yesterday, according to the trades reports.

It would be interesting if 500M was returned to the treasury. I'm unsure how that will affect the stock structure. I get a lot of flack for myh theory (which is pretty much "no retailers are NOT moving this stock, nor is the CEO) . my theory is that we're hooked to a computer algorithm and when there are BIG market moves and meme stock moves, we move (one of the posters who thinks it was a retailer who sold called the last two drops in the indices "minor"...heheh.....yeah to the tune of about 1.5 trillion dollars of value lost....

Yesterday's action at the open with a level II notation of 550m has to be a fluke.

Now I do have a theory. Could it be a retirement of shares back to the treasury. Reason why I think that it may be in this case, is when with such a large volume amount at the open it goes against the theory for every share sold is a buy and vice versa. Also, it can't be dilution since it goes beyond the regulatory with the % of daily volume on execution of dilutive shares hitting retail since we don't have buyers or even the noted volume to allow such action.

Well, that is my theory. A reliable update from the company would be a big help, so for now we can only speculate on this abnormally.

It's a good lesson in psychology that's for certain

They aren't... But it's always fun to watch OTC CEO's blame a huge dump on sympathy with a mild market pullback.

They know exactly what's going on. It's either that or somebody simply had a large position and they were just glad to get out at a break even and use the money for something else versus sitting in this for a quarter or two

Oh they had a couple of tweets referencing Blus crazy theories on the ubqu being tied to the algorithms and tried to get others to believe it too. Guess they think we all are off our meds.

Yeah they are just saying that so we forget by thr time of next update on shares. All lies.

Guess ballas couldn't get enough bites with his latest scam, had to dump now. Most likely has has some court case to settle.

also a POSSIBLE reason we dumped heavily into 000001 is because today they needed some shorts on bigger memes, maybe no shares on the game stonk to borrow.....so head over to uniswap.....sign some ISDA swap contracts and say oh hey all those OTC penny pos stocks ....still thousands of them....short 50K a piece as a swap for the game stonk or other larger meme.....if its a swap of that nature....hehe who cares if you send it down 99% to 000001. one day you might have to cover those 500M shares on that POS penny stock.....if it stays on pink.....could be a scenario like that. sure tinfoil. but If that is the case, man when 2025 rolls around and these illegal swaps are cancelled, and ISDA's 1.4 quadrillion hidden losses are unravelled. hehehe, start looking at yachts, my fellow UBQU longs.
