sundoctor - my opinion. I am an investor in TSOI (good amount). There will always be negative posters and comments against a company. It’s been happening since before social media. Good, well run companies, CEO’s and leaders will always respond with what the company is doing to help increase shareholder value (strategy, revenues, profits, appraisals, etc). I have never seen leaders go after posters (they do not matter). You just turn off the money guys you need. So TSOI, please stop this pattern of behavior and start telling us what you are doing. No one cares if you expose the names of the posters.

The only bad going on related to TSOI in addition to the dilution is the management and followers who have mislead investors for years and continue to try and pump this pos.

Exactly--there seems to plenty of good reasons that conventional brokers would not touch this (it is not even really a dividend).
Wake me up when CNSI actually goes public. CNSI can't possibly be worth anything near what Dixon is claiming (his "valuations" are ABSURD).
If the milly, billy, trilly mother company is at .0002 with a MC of just over a million dollar, how can a private spin-off of that failure be worth much at all? We will never know until they actually take that malarkey public.

Actually, TSOI diluted more than 1.9 BILLION shares during 2024.

The pps ranged from .0002 to .0019 during that year.
How many shares will TSOI have to dilute when pps is ranging from .0001 to .0004?
What will that cover above and beyond Dixon's salary and consultant fees?

I knew as soon as I received the notification of a 'dividend' that I was never going to complete the paperwork. 
They cant even keep one company afloat, this other company must only exist on paper.

I had millions of shares when I filed for the dividend. Did all Tims paperwork. Have not heard anything from Tim, Tom, Etrade or anyone. Still asking, when is dividend/spinoff, whatever you want to call it going to appear in my account? Or in some form of communication fro someone who knows whats going on. It`s frustrating. Sold some of my shares for tax write-off, but still have some. Will not buy anymore UNTIL I get update. Communication is not that hard from the front office. All someone has to do is say spinoff shares will be added in 10 days, first quarter, 2050!!!! Update us so we will have something to grasp on to. Maybe investors will not be as gun shy?

There was a form you had to fill out accepting the divi .fax it to your broker he faxes it to the TA . The form was made public by tsoi 8k

tjvs, why wouldn’t the TA just send every shareholder a certificate with the dividend shares? They know how many shares of TSOI you have through a broker without you having to do anything. They are the “so called record keeper”. I am going to call them tomorrow and tell them to send me my certificate. They should already know how many shares I have.

The T A is holding my restricted stock I have a recite for the shares . The T A will transfer the stock to Schaub my broker when they go public .I also received a letter from tsoi confirming it .Some brokers didn't do what they were supposed to .Blame your broker call the TA tell them what happened. Your broker was supposed to tell the TA how many shares you held on the cutoff date

tjvs - the dividend conversation is not adding up. My broker is not aware of a dividend. If you spoke to the TA and confirmed a dividend, you must have received a restricted share certificate from the TA. Did you receive a certificate? The broker has nothing to do at this point. Also, I have not received any notice from TSOI. Please help me understand what you are saying.

It was likely a ploy to get investor information. Only thing you can do is pray they get what's coming to them or pay them a personal visit and show them what's coming. 

You should know the answer to that if you were an investor in tsoi and got the divi in cnsi

What reasons other than believing the same people who have lied to you for the last 4+ years? Why are you so confident in a company that hasn’t accomplished anything besides bringing a lawsuit against the very same people they lied to? What, of the numerous pr’s this company released in 2020 and 2021, has been followed through on? Just seems like you like throwing your money away.

Here's a little Off the Radar type of information. You can decided whether or not it's "doom & gloom".
For the year 2024, they diluted around 1.475 Billion shares. If you think that is a lot, consider this statement from the S-1filed last Jan.
" The Common Stock is quoted on the OTC Markets, under the symbol “TSOI.” On January 12, 2024, the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the OTC Markets was $0.001 per share."
Now already this year, the financiers are selling shares below .0002. (Are they buying them for less than trip 1?)
Can you just imagine how many more shares it will take for the same amount of money, now that the shares will be 80-90% less valuable.
I would have rather seen a R/S.
Of course, all that will be mute, if he's got a ace hidden up his sleeve that sky rockets the PPS.

Every Monday since early Dec., I've been checking the Nv. site, to see if I could spot an increase before they posted a 8-K.
They update that page on 01-08-25, so Weds.
I usually spot it there first for other tickers at least a few weeks before it's announced.
Guess he knows folks look there and did it quick.

Did you see the 8k posted today? Increased the authorized shares to 9 billion from 6.5 billion. Also preferred shares. A reverse split will not save them. Can you say civil lawsuits.
