looks like a little bit over 3 million shares were added to the OS. That is nothing for the type of price decay that took place here. I expected to see much more. Still waiting to see where this ends up before I add anything else. The close of the Optimum deal looks like a huge stepping stone for this company. Hope to see some financial disclosures this summer...

Yup... We are bankrupting most small businesses while claiming the economy is holding up well. When in reality, we are pumping millions into wealthy bank accounts. This is historic wealth accumulation..

I have a feeling that someone sees something in TMPO. They're going to push this down till bankruptcy in order to swoop in and act as the "savior" for this company and the shareholders. When in reality they are the ones responsible for the failure. The debt here does not help. Their debt is gettin more and more expensive by the day.

Rate hikes = small businesses contract b/c they can't afford the cost of capital
Rate hikes peak = big business sweeps up all the cash under the guise of "pricing power"
Rates get held in place = small business go bust/unemployment rises as a consequence.
Rates get cut = markets begin to crash usually because unemployment rise is alarming.
Rates normalize = Considering economy is stable, then its stimulus time. Big business uses free money and buys up anything that has value for much less than the cost of creation/development.

Long live the Aristocracy!

Yea, they won't let a natural market be made here. Look at it barcoding. They pile onto even the smallest sell order and smother any buying with massive ask that never budges.

Someone is invested in killing this company. And they are getting what they want. People are selling. It could squeeze, but that would depend on a positive PR from management. Looks like they already tried via an acquisition and the stock did not respond at all...

Analyst views:
Roth capital = Buy with $5 target
Northland Capital = Outperform with $3 target
Craig-Hallum = hold with $1 target

Well, I'm not giving you advice but considering the order flow manipulation on the first day... And yesterday they were bid jumping... Meaning I had a buy order at the bid and volume/orders were getting filled below my bid while my bid is still sitting there. There's too much shady shit going on here for me to even consider goin all in...

I'm on TDA/TOS, but on other brokers I watched the orders being filled above the ask while TOS isn't even reporting the time and sales at that level. It's even more frustrating when the TDA mobile app doesn't even match up with TOS... It's like there's two different markets and I'm stuck in the one that screws me over no matter what. TMPO has been a prime example of that. On Monday I was able to make a few sales by watching my phone and then placing the order where my phone showed it to be trading at. I even got filled some but the bars/lvl 2 on TOS did NOT reflect that the trading even went to that level.

Since SCHW has started taking over TDA its become a trash broker. I don't know what other brokers deal with OTC but once I find one. Im done with SCHW.

You're not alone. Almost feel like going all-in to catch a dead-cat bounce but was also expecting that bounce this morning after yesterday's dive, much to my dismay :(

Damn... Wishing I didn't buy this shit yesterday.. This is one toxic ass diluter.

White Lion = toxic as hell.

And, company doesn't even put out real news after giving the ok for this kind of dilution?

Barely even getting anything out of it. Makes no sense...

Oversold..
πŸ‘οΈ0
Clean Clean 2 years ago
wow... This looks way overdone, way too fast, and very forced...

yesterday there was no spread... if the bid was at 1.10 then the ask was at 1.10... doesn't make any sense except order flow manipulation and/or shadowing trades..

Anyone have option flow? There is $100M White Lion November 2022 SPA. But damn.. Wouldn't think the diluter would want to kill the company. Im wondering if someone is under-water in puts or something. But, I do not have the ability to look at option flow. On TDA calls are now able to be purchased for me. Yesterday the bid/ask on calls was 0 all day long.

Thinking about loading the boat here, but this selling looks endless. Would think this diluter would want to bounce it at some point. Wouldn't make any sense for them to grind this down to new 52 week lows.
