So the only way to contact this company is by sending a letter to their alleged R/A (registered agent) in Wyoming who will presumably forward it to them (for a fee obviously) either by fax, snail mail or scanned/emailed image. Seems a very 1980's way of doing business for a company.

Excellent research!

It appears that 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 is a popular address for registered agents and shell companies. I have run across the address before.

Several sources indicate that this address is associated with a large number of businesses, possibly over 50,000. This is possibly due to the state's business-friendly laws and the use of registered agents.

Do you think Diego Baez is setting up these shells like Bloxcross and Flow-Trust just so guys like Park can create multiple pumping press releases.

Flow-Trust doesn't have a phone number on their website and the address as you pointed out is pretty shady.

But Baez might have a problem with the IRS - "In 2023, Bloxcross successfully completed $135 million in global transactions and therefore reportable as revenues."

So they would owe around $25 Million in Federal Taxes.

The more verifiable evidence someone presents to regulators the easier it is to interest and involve them. Tying bad actors to other frauds and scams helps as well as they like casting a broad net. Lastly, consider if any possible misdeeds might fall under the authority of multiple "3 letter agencies." If so, that potentially brings in more resources.

For example: The IRS might be interested in people who get tax write offs by donating to a medical charity that recipients claims it serves merely as a benevolent "benefactor" to medical related (which Spooz clearly is not), sub penny public companies it seeks to prop up. They also might wonder why the companies receiving these no strings donations also claim the charity "buys shares" in their tickers as "investments" --but not purchased from its officers or directors. And since these tickers produce no dividends the only possible way this "charity investor" could possibly hope to make money on said ''investments'' is to buy these shares at rock bottom or deeply discounted prices and then dump them as management hypes its accomplishments to retail investors.

For example: Homeland Security and DEA might be interested in the source of these millions in donations that pass thru this charity to make sure there's no money laundering or other illegal activity involved.

On the OTC - the SEC wants and needs help - that is the OTC researchers have to do the heavy lifting - and don't use the tips portal to file a complaint - find someone within the SEC you can build trust with - no hyperbole just facts that you can prove.

One way I got some action was to contact a business columnist for the Dallas Morning News - and that put the nail in the coffin of SRGE.

I then developed a contact in the SEC and both SKTO/AEGY were suspended 3 weeks after I turned my report in.

Anyone can do the same thing.

On each of the stocks listed above several fantastic researcher were involved. It was team work - it certainly wasn't just me.

However, the past actions (and failures) by John Park, Mark Thompson and other associates more than precludes giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Trips followed by an epic reverse split to wipe out current bagholders. The A/S is maxed out so there's no other way to finance company growth except the keep printing more shares.

A R/S (say 1-for-100) is always accompanied by a token/ disproportionately small reduction in the A/S (i.e reducing 7 billion to 700 million). This head fake --while initially cheered-- actually represents a massive increase in the number of shares available to issue.

A reverse split 1:100 lifts a stock priced at .0001 to .01. A million shares at .0001 = $100. The R/S instantly converts those into 10,000 x .01= $100.

What many don't realize is that .0001 is no longer the bottom. Instead of lying on the sidewalk and unable to fall further....you're now at risk of falling off a 100 foot tall building.

In other words, your post R/S $0.01 shares can now plunge all the way back down to .0001 resulting in an additional loss of -99%. When that happens your post-R/S $100 is then reduced to $1.

THIS is how scam tickers rid themselves of old bagholders whose investments were cashed out by others, mismanaged or stolen. Remember, SPZI had dumped 5.5 billion shares before Park ever slithered in. He has no loyalty to those who did nothing to finance his ventures. And the fact that none of management has yet admitted to owing any common shares tells me there's nothing to lose in pulling a R/S. IMO it would have happened already except for the fact that insiders (ex-CEO Strickland, The Goulding Madia and ESC) are still slowly dumping their stakes.
