Why is STHC sharing Ameca logo? They aren't merged and technically they have nothing to do with each other. Is this an SEC violation? I asked Mark in hopes it moves him along.

We will know soon enough when Mark tries to get STHC out of the expert market. That is step one. We will see how long it takes for them to get a website up too and if STHC and Ameca are still intertwined in that new website.

As long as STHC is in the expert market and Americans don't have access to it we won't see a price surge. You can not buy "At the Market" in the expert market so right now seller sets the price and buyers must meet them so the price fluctuations are not a true value of the share price.


I will give it this, seeing buys and sells is promising. At least there is some movement.

400k volume is not going to do anything. We will not have any volume surges or real price changes until Mark tells us something.

Thank you finally an intelligent response. STHC and Ameca share logos yet Mark has not made an attempt to make STHC current. Either Mark is a scammer or he doesn't know what he is doing. I lean towards he doesn't know what he is doing. I am sure Mark could be sued by shareholders for his actions.

I am not attacking Mark and I am not a bear I am a sceptic. He put the cart before the horse and now he looks stupid.

On paper he made it look like it was the same company before the merger took place. Thats a dangerous thing to do if your merger fails. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand the stock market, DOJ or the SEC.

Also according to OTCMarket he has made no attempt to make STHC current so what is he really doing? Why do the two companies share logos and website addresses?

I still think deep down (getting deeper by the year lol) this is now more than ever will work out. One has
