MONTAGUE INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LTD. (MIHL) BOARD JOINED BY NEW DIRECTORS AND IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

MIHL had announced today that as of January 2, 2013, its Board of Directors had been expanded by an additional three members and that it had retained the services of in-house Corporate Counsel in addition to the outside legal representation it currently enjoys.

Larisa Saltsova Chairwoman of MIHL stated “on behalf of the Board of Directors of MIHL and our shareholders, we would like to welcome to our Board our newest members and of course our corporate counsel, who bring a wealth of experience to our company” . She went on to add, “we are lucky that such a group of diverse and talented individuals share our vision for MIHL and had agreed to combine forces with us for the good of the company and its shareholders.”

Susanne Howarth responded, “On behalf of myself and other new members we would like to thank the Board of Directors for giving us the opportunity to joint MIHL and this exciting junction in time. It is always exhilarating to witness a birth of something special and I believe that MIHL is a very special company. We look forward to working closely both with our colleagues and shareholders for the betterment of the company.”

The following individuals had joined MIHL:

SUSANNE HOWARTH, Board Member and Vice President – is responsible for Broker/Dealer Division of MIHL. Susanne comes to our firm from Susquehanna Wealth Management where she was Vice President of Operations & Compliance. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Accounting from West Chester University, West Chester, PA. In addition, Susanne holds current licenses from FINRA and the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission in Life Insurance and series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65. Susanne is a highly motivated professional with solid knowledge in the financial industry. She possesses a strong work ethic with accomplished background in client/investor servicing, sales and operations management. With an established history for developing and nurturing business relationships; outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to adapt to audience, Susanne is invaluable to the development of the Broker/Dealer business. She possess strong leadership traits while remaining a team player, in addition to being results driven, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems with outstanding analytical ability.

Maureen S. Lerman-Gottlieb, Board Member and Vice President – is responsible for the Real Estate Development Division of MIHL. Maureen had been involved in real estate for over 27 years, and is licensed both as REAL ESTATE BROKER AND SALES PERSONS in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Maureen is the owner/partner at the Keller Williams Bucks County South Office in Langhorne Pennsylvania where she has been since 2004. Keller Williams has been voted the "Most Innovative Real Estate Company" by Inman News, Maureen takes a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, a professional approach and positive results. Maureen utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet the requirements of today’s competitive real estate market in order to develop a solution directly tailored to the needs of the client. In addition to Maureen’s experience as a real estate professional she has significant experience and qualifications in financing of real estate projects having served as Loan Officer at GMAC, Cenlar Mortgage Maryland National and Cardinal Financial Company prior to establishing of her own real estate office. In addition to professional qualifications, Maureen is deeply involved in the local community as a Legislative Assistant for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania working with constituents of various issues of interest, as well as, a liaison with elected officials both on the local and state levels. Maureen serves as the District Committeewoman for Lower Southampton East 1 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Bucks County Board of Realtors.

Fredrik Sjodin Board Member and Vice President for Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Scandinavian region – Fredrik is a graduate of the University of Karlstad in Sweden with degree in International Marketing and speaks fluently English, German and Swedish. Fredrik joints MIHL from FJS Communications where he holds the position of Managing Director. He was instrumental in building the company up with focus on Oil and Gas industry. Fredrik is a reserve officer in the Swedish Armed Forces Infantry Intelligence and was responsible for commanding 150 men and train 40 conscripts. Fredrik brings the skills necessary to develop and expand the business of MIHL in the Scandinavian Countries.

In addition Lark Y. Grier, Esq., has joined MIHL as in-house corporate counsel. Lark joins us from the US Department of Justice where she worked in the Civil Division/CACI as Consulting Attorney/Task Supervisor. Her duties included the investigation of large-scale transactions conducted by investment banks, brokerage firms and federally insured financial institutions to identify violations of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA), she also compiled and analyzed evidence, reviewed discovery, assisted with witness depositions, and performed other activities in an effort to further Government investigative and prosecutorial efforts in high-profile white collar crimes cases. She was part of the team dedicated to the review financial industry reports and conducting of research pertaining to domestic and international fraud.
