Understanding michael ward is not trivial, but in general he doesnt want public info out there while trying to secure a deal with the risk that others will come in to try and take it, let alone he's a poor communicator as we've seen with press releases.

On another note, it turns out that the process of updating the profile in otc markets is not enough and we need to be current with them. That tied with the fact that our financials run out mid december as I have previously posted, the company could use money to get all of that taken care of. If you or anyone wants to step up to the plate to help make that happen, then I encourage those interested to contact him directly, we could really use the help, and many of us who have helped support significantly in the past are restricted from doing so further for personal reasons. I believe we can get this over the finish line this time around.

both things can be true at the same time, what is so hard to understand about that. He was in Mexico working on a deal for shareholders. While all the other points may be true, it doesnt negate the fact, or the fact that he (publicly with all those FB posts) tried diligently to close business and was sure he had, it wasnt all made up bullshit, from his side of things. SEC??? MRGE is a non-registrant. MRGE is nott registered with the SEC. It is a fetid Form 15 non-filer; Form 15-12 was filed in July 2022. MRGE only posts paid advertisements at OTCMarkets.com, and OTCMarkets is the entity that tossed this turd into the Expert Market with the reason given as supposedly nott updating its profile on OTCMarkets.com.

What reason did your lawruh give you for why the SEC would be involved in getting this turd off the EM?

MRGE is a non-reporting, non-registrant which was kicked to the EM by OTCMarkets, nott by the SEC.

Further, I doubt that OTCMarkets would remove MRGE from the EM if MRGE just provided a new profile. The 16 months since the last date covered by the last annual report will have expired in the next cuppla/few weeks which is a separate reason this turd will be on the EM. AND MRGE would need a brokerage to sponsor it for quotation by the brokerage filing a Form 211, which is required for resumption of quotation per Rule 15c2-11. Good luck with that given the sullied, tawdry history of this turd and CMW.

IF I were forced to bett, my bett would bee that the reason given by OTCMarkets, that MRGE failed to update its profile, is just a CONvenient pretext/'splanashun for why OTCMarkets dumped MRGE onto the EM just weeks before it would dump to the EM due to >16 months since the end of the period covered by the last annual. I bleeve the pump that was underway the past two weeks caught the attention of OTCMarkets and they had two options - give it the Caveat Emptor rating or toss it on the EM garbage bin. Since MRGE wood be on the EM in a few weeks anyway for >16 months delinquent, I suspeck that OTCMarkets just used the profile as a reason to put MRGE on the shitpile now and skip the CE annunciator. Butt even if this is nott the case, MRGE is extremely unlikely to ever leave the EM; now baggholders just wait a few years for FINRA to cancel the ticker.

IF the horseshit story from CMW is that he plans for MRGE to become an SEC registrant, well good luck with that Form 10 and the two years of audited financials at a MINIMUM. On that tack, the SEC will just send CMW endless questions and the Form 10 will never go effective. Oh, and BTW, the audits would require a PCAOB CPA - nott TYRUS. Good luck getting a PCAOB auditor ever signing on to do and attest to audits for CMW.

You will be paying to "sell" your shares to the brokerage house account.

Once a pennyturd hitts the Expert Market, it is difficult to gett off it, except for FINRA ticker cancellation, which generally takes years and results in the final wooden stake being driven thru the heart of a pennyturd. A turd does nott just update its profile and file delinquent financials and fixx it. The Expert Market is quicksand from which only a tiny fraction of a percent of Expert Market tickers ever resume USA-quoted trading.
