L'Oreal to Buy South Korea's Nanda

L'Oreal SA (OR.FR) said Wednesday that it will buy in South
Korean make-up and fashion company Nanda Co., with the objective of
developing make-up brand 3CE internationally.
Nanda had turnover of 127 million euros ($152.7 million) in 2017
and close to 400 employees, according to L'Oreal. Its main business
is 3CE, L'Oreal added.
The deal is expected to be completed in the next two months,
L'Oreal said. Financial details weren't disclosed.
