Last time we made it that low…
It did something several have suggested will happen again (I don’t think I can handle another). Under 8 is nice, wouldn’t mind lowering my average a bit more not sure that I will though.

No need to rely on belief…our results of the NATO trial are still classified for Day 2&3: once released there will be no question (don’t think Evolv participated).

I'm disappointed that our sales team was not able to do a side by side deployment of the HexWave unit in the Big Apple experiment.. Winning that competition would have provided enormous bragging rights... that is, of course, relying on the belief that our technology is superior.

Some interesting articles on scanners in NY and Im sure would be no different if deployed in California.its a constant test. I would think that if you have a tiny flaw
they will find it. But grease some palms is an interesting thought.

The Evolv scanner — a sleek-looking weapons detector using artificial intelligence to search riders for guns and knives — was on display at a lower Manhattan subway station where Mayor Eric Adams announced the 30-day trial.

“This is good technology,” Adams said at Fulton Center near the World Trade Center.

Mayor Eric Adams’ controversial plan to install gun-detecting tech in the Big Apple’s beleaguered transit system was booted up Friday in lower Manhattan.

The weapons scanner pilot program from company Evolv, which was unveiled by the tech-loving mayor in March, went live in the Fulton Street station at around 4 p.m., ahead of the evening commute.

A Post reporter observed passengers forking over their handbags and backpacks to police for inspection before they passed through the electronic detector, where there was a sea of additional officers waiting on the other side. Once cleared, they walked back and retrieved their items.

One police officer wearing rubber gloves was seen thoroughly searching one straphanger’s black backpack, carefully going through each pocket.

On the "Fact Sheet" they list open events under target market.

Going to be interesting in a few weeks (month?) when New York decides on the scanners they are going with. Same fact sheet says Hexwave designed for subway
which is what NY is looking for. And Evolv said their scanner is not meant for subways.

This news along with the 60+ backlog this year should be enough to push this to 100+ mil market cap by years end. Would be nice to see a couple more news releases soon, I do think they were expecting to announce the delivery of the Hexwave to the New York airport in July. So thats this week or next.

Texas Department of Criminal Justice Selects Liberty Defense's HEXWAVE for Checkpoint Security Screening at Correctional Facilities Across Texas

https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/texas-department-of-criminal-justice-selects-liberty-defense-s-hexwave-for-checkpoint-security-screening-at-correctional-facilities-across-texas-883515384.html

is pleased to announce that its HEXWAVE system was selected by Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) to screen staff and visitors who enter correctional facilities. The award is for twenty (20) HEXWAVE units that will be used at facilities throughout the state.

The order was received with our distribution partner Viken Detection after LINEV Systems U.S. won the contract in a competitive public tender in the State of Texas. The HEXWAVE units will be deployed at the screening entrances to improve contraband detection capabilities while increasing search capacity and consistency.

The selection of Liberty Defense’s HEXWAVE technology reaffirms TDCJ’s commitment to securing their facilities with a modern-day security approach, ensuring minimized entry wait times and enabling the most secure and safe access for all entering the facilities.

The TDCJ is responsible for the supervision of approximately 155,000 incarcerated inmates. The Texas Department of Corrections contains 51 state prisons along with several other facilities for inmates. Their mission is to provide public safety, promote positive change in inmate behavior, reintegrate inmates into society and assist victims of crime.

Good article

Even though the mandate has been moved to 4/2026 airports with the money can purchase the Hexwave today.
................
Major airports are at the forefront of embracing advanced detection technologies. The federal mandate for employee screening at major airports by April 2026 underscores the industry’s commitment to comprehensive security.

a leading technology provider of AI-based next generation detection solutions for concealed weapons and threats, will be deploying HEXWAVE to US airports in July to meet TSA's National Amendment for Aviation Worker Security Screening.

In April 2023, a mandate was issued requiring U.S. airports to adopt physical screening procedures for employees with access to secure-side areas of the airport. The mandate was further reinforced by a U.S. Court of Appeals decision denying airports the ability to delay the screening process. To implement screening for aviation workers, airports will need technologies that provide a broad range of threat detection that can meet the current screening requirements and those mandated for the future.

Liberty Defense recently announced awards for multiple HEXWAVE's to be deployed at Rochester International Airport and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The Company is actively working with several major airports on their screening requirements and anticipates a continuous order flow for the next twelve months as airports finalize their plans. Based on a third-party assessment, the major CAT X, I and II airports in the U.S. would require a total of approximately 500 systems to meet the screening requirements.

Unlike weapon detection technology, HEXWAVE uses millimeter wave, advanced 3D imaging and AI to detect all types of concealed metallic and non-metallic threats and other prohibited items – without the passenger having to divest common items. The system allows for rapid, automated screening using a high-throughput, contactless, walkthrough portal to detect liquid, powder and plastic explosives, 3D printed ghost guns and other threats of concern today that enhanced metal detectors on the market cannot detect.

"Insider threat is a real risk, and we are excited to be working with airports looking to implement next generation technology like the HEXWAVE" said Bill Frain, CEO of Liberty Defense. "The common goal is to provide security while maintaining a seamless process for the employees. The flexibility and portability of the HEXWAVE allows the Airport to quickly deploy and move the HEXWAVE to help meet security screening requirements to areas inside the Airport."

...

The proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund the production of HEXWAVE units (approximately $1 million) and for general corporate and administrative purposes ($500,000).

According to Liberty there are 514 airports which is on slide 12 of this presentation

https://libertydefense.com/wp-content/uploads/Liberty-Defense-Investor-Deck-April-2024.pdf

and since it looks like the airport scanners are going to be out of this budget that could be a starting point of around 50 million dollars. Can Liberty lock in all the airports? And as usual dealing with the government all this could change yesterday.

I know this is great news but thinking out loud here we have a facility or head quarters that can produce about 60 Hexwaves with a backlog around 60 yet still announcing more sales. And additional manufacturing not coming online until 4th quarter when agreement established. The potential for further sales seems way beyond numbers announced already. There just seems to be a element of urgency missing in manufacturing unless there is a larger player with Liberty yet to be announced. Interesting,,,thoughts anyone

pleased to announce that its HEXWAVE system was selected by Manchester-Boston Regional Airport ("MHT" or the "Airport") to deploy the HEXWAVE to meet the TSA's National Amendment for Aviation Worker Security Screening.

Strategically situated in the heart of New England, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is located less than fifty miles north of Boston, Massachusetts, and less than an hour's drive from the region's most popular ski areas, scenic seacoast beaches and peaceful lakefront resorts. MHT is the premier aviation gateway for the region and was recently named #1 Best Domestic Airport in the country by Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards 2023.

With the recent release of the TSA mandate to implement screening for aviation workers, airports will need technologies that provide a broad range of threat detection that can meet the current screening requirements and those mandated for the future.

"As industry leaders, we are excited to acquire the HEXWAVE system to use in our broader airport security program," said MHT Airport Director Ted Kitchens, A.A.E. "The portability of the HEXWAVE solution will provide enhanced security in non-traditional areas of the airport. We are excited to work with Liberty Defense, as we are continually looking to innovate and improve the overall safety of our airport."

I traveled through a little town called Tatamy yesterday, Im thinking more eastern central Pa. That place is building mega warehouses all along rt33.for the past 20 years and still building today. They even have a Amazon distribution center next to the hi way.You are right this eastern Pa could be a sweet spot for Liberty.
This is map location but I never posted one before so ill see if it works, anyway its above or north of rt 78 and once the part of rt 78 was completed the eastern region of Pa has seen tremendous growth.

is pleased to announce that its HEXWAVE™ system has been purchased by a major international airport in New York to support its aviation worker security screening program.

"We are thrilled to have received the award following a public tender and to be chose to support the airports aviation worker screening requirements," said Bill Frain, CEO of Liberty Defense. "The flexibility and comprehensive detection capability that HEXWAVE offers are driving widespread interest in the system from across the aviation sector. It is highly portable and can be rapidly deployed both indoors and outdoors to seamlessly facilitate screening in various areas of the airport."

In April 2023, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued an Airport Security Program National Amendment, which will require U.S. airport to adopt physical screening procedures for employees with access to secure-side areas.

HEXWAVE enables rapid, automated, high-throughput screening using a contactless, walkthrough portal that can detect a diverse range of threats well beyond what enhanced metal detectors on the market can detect. It uses millimeter wave, advanced 3D imaging, and AI to detect all types of concealed threats, including both metal and non-metal items, liquids, powders, plastic explosives, 3D-printed ghost guns, and other novel threats or prohibited items – without the passenger having to divest common items like keys, wallets, or phones
