And I'll go here also: Though I've been stung more than once I'm not plagued like an "old girlfriend", cuz I found the cause to be my timing or judgment (snow: losses) and tried to grow by it (snow: revenues). It certainly hasn't stopped me from being bullish or caused me to revert to a bearish attitude on IQST or any risky stock. You think this one's risky, take a look at CRYO. And I'm in that one also. So, $IQST is a piece of cake for me.

$IQST Snow, don't losses increase risk independently from revenue? Losses are never good. Rather than look at revenue vs profit, I rather choose to look at revenue vs no revenue, or even more revenue vs less revenue. I find growth in that, regardless. Only if losses are from uncontrolable or mismanaged circumstances or if they move to become insurmountable do I see an issue. I don't think I can name a company that didn't have start up stages losses to deal with. $IQST

BM Growing in revenues but not in profits can be good or bad. It increases gearing which leads to better earnings per share if the profit margin jumps. But if there ia a move into losses higher gearing also increases the risk.

Even though this is a quality stock with long-term potential, we are going to languish around this level through the end of the year and possibly even dip a little more but the new year should bring a better outlook for the company as a whole

the Sauceman I know about setbacks after investments i have made over a period of 50 years. I cannot know for sure that this company will not be a big success in a few years. But based on what has happened over the last few years I will be surprised if it is a big success in the stock market. What I am convinced about is that this stock will not be on NASDAQ next year without a reverse split.

Snow, I'm quite sure you and I will never see eye to eye. Costs do become significant at times. Have you ever built a company? Easily, I've thought to throw in the towel on my own venture more than once, while even I started to consider costs to be losses. But faith and persistance turn tables. If it were easy there would be no need for shareholders at all. I'm thankful for the forward progress and growth. Setbacks are to be expected and some fall-throughs too. Worry is not an option in a place where there is believing. Doubts at times, but not to worry. Worry is a clear sign to vacate the belief. So either I go or I stay. With $IQST$$ I'm in and staying in and looking forward to the big day at the bank.

I don't think the company is a scam, but their debt may get the better of them before they turn the corner we are all waiting on. What's worse is that is no reason to buy this stock until late February and an incentive to take the tax loss and wait the 30 days and rebuy then. I predict a dribble down to .12 then it will rebound for possible one last big run.

Not a fan of the latest ihub update. And it still hasn't let me block the known bashers which I find to be a waste of time reading/responding to so I usually just avoid ihub. A bit toxic here and to be honest I get very little from IQST message boards now days. It's not too often I learn anything new anymore, mostly people posting who haven't even read the filings and very little actual DD gets shared. Like the question about Lynk Telecom acquisition, the Q3 filing answered that question if you read it instead of just glancing at the numbers. But I'm still around, still holding. Nothing great to say about Q3 but they've had quarters dip before and made it up the next so I'm not overly concerned. I spoke with Leo about it and asked some tough questions, things seem to be fine. I'm still planning to hold for years and feel like it's not the best use of my time. Same with videos, putting everything together and editing takes half a day or longer. Just not dedicating as much time to it going forward. As much as bashers want everyone to believe I'm a "paid pumper" I assure you I'm not paid for anything lol and there are better ways to use my time.

This company actually suffered a loss of about 800,000 dollars during the last quarter. This company is not far from losses. As far as disclosures are conterned: what happened to the acquisition that was supposed to have been finalized last summer???

pps 0.20+ $IQST. We'll see testing of that number. Bounces up and falls back down below that number... until volume can hold 1M+ daily. The company is building and growing. It costs money. Folks harping on the negative just don't get it. It's true, the point can be reached where costs can become extreme and turn into losses. But IMO we are far from it. The outcome from the expenditures is growth as I see it with IQST. And the growth exceeds the desire sought from the expenses. As with any investment there is risk, more so in pennyland. I feel confident with $IQST, dependent only on one thing. Truth in reporting. IQST's timeliness with diclosures and information is a positive to me. I expect their efforts are as much for us as they are for them. I accept the risk as reasonable and look forward to the success of $IQST.

Are we really going to have to wait until December 18th for ADI to collect its last cache of shares issued monthly? Clearly, the investment bank decision is awaiting ADI fulfillment. I hope the deal is based on preferred shares with significantly delayed conversion optiions. Currently on my way to a jeweler to buy bread using 4 baskets full of shares. It is unsettling

Management has a lot to do and should stop mentioning about Nasdaq. Hope the company can survive in the next few months if revenue continues to decline.

Not a good 10Q. Company is on the wrong track. Significant revenue reduction compared to Q2. More debt with unreasonably high interest rates (2% a month. 92% for another loan). Continue to issue shares to cover operating losses. Interest expense is growing. Telecom is not a high margin business a but there is no new development of new products with high margin.

To be expected. In the midst of superficial blogging only visionaries move forward while its prosperous to do so... excuse me, I have to go find my wallet.
