Nobody with legacy shares selling for a loss as a thin run up is expected when news on the new company starts to roll out in 2024 / 2025.

I actually got charged a $39 fee for the RS. This was in E*Trade. What a POS!!

I drove by the address listed about 5 weeks ago and NO bamboo was growing on the farm.

a 15 acre bamboo farm? at the same address as the company headquarters? Its a house that is on that property that grows bamboo (supposedly).

Who do they sell their bamboo to? There has been no revenue for this company in over 1.5 years!

I have barely done any DD/Research into this company..... I just followed a known scammer here to see the next scam that person will try to pump (and dump).

I just glanced at the Quarterly Report; This company has had no sales/revenue for a while. A reverse split filed of 1 for 1000 with the Florida Division of Corporations and a MAXED out A/S of 7 billion shares.

It doesn't matter that most of the A/S has been used as any further acquisitions will be made with Preferred Z shares - as stated in the notes.

I don’t think it ever happened. That was when they onboarded the new company which doesn’t seem to have generated $1 in revenue. Who knows what Anthony is doing or has planned …if anything. Probably doesn’t answer your question but it doesn’t seem to make any difference in what is going on
