Sucker noob investors to buy at 0.0076 when the company is doing private placements at less than half ($0.0003), There is an endless supply of cheap PP shares that can be dumped into the market for a long time. The warrants may eventually go away if the share price lingers for another 9 months. I'd be more concerned about the 35,800,000 class B shares that maybe people aren't aware of it\f they didn't read the filing.

RLAB is M2 MMA and it's creeping up and no one is even noticing!! Yesterday it closed at an all time high and keep in mind $MRES is majority owner + tiny $13M MC. The 2nd event is June 12 + bringing the high tech sensors and AI cameras. Woot Woot!

As we all just sit and watch it dip to .008.. sure could go for some solid revenue-generating news right about now.

The warrants that were given out in March, beginning of June, end of June, beginning of August do expire in 18 months from the date of issue so currently none have expired.

The strike price, which is also known as the exercise price is $0.005, which is the price you can purchase the stock. So currently those warrants are 'in the money'.

The $0.02 is the price the company has the ability to call the warrants meaning force the holder to exercise it. This is a nice way to raise cash if needed.

So while the 1,347,635,075 warrants @ $0.005 are currently 'in the money' since the share price is higher @ 0.0092, if they were exercised and sold, it would crash the share price which is an anomaly anyway as typically the share price would be around the private placement price of $0.0003. Wouldn't surprise me if it starts drifting there now that people know you can buy shares at that price by reading the filing.

All those locked up shares that were given out at .0003-.0004 last summer scare the hell outa me. Well, it wasn't last Summer. They dropped the offering price to $0.0003 3/31/2023.

What's interesting is people that were buying above a penny or two. They must not read filings.

I don't know how long you've been here but I'm still pretty pissed about WUHN. I originally invested here because of Jeff and that's been a few years ago. I'm patient but this is starting to test it. I'll give it to the end of year and then it's a write off.

Honestly. Profit means nothing. Gross revenues is all that matters. Higher the gross revenue is more liquid cash for growth and expansion. Profits only mean Uncle Sam get his cut. They ideally wanna spend all profits on reinvesting and break even in year end. Just my opinion of running my own business. Why give to govt so they can irresponsibly spend. May as well upgrade equipments and write off on taxes is the way I do things. But I’m a dumb clam farmer. So what do I know 😂

Appreciate the input. But still not gonna lie. All those locked up shares that were given out at .0003-.0004 last summer scare the hell outa me. The float now is spectacular. But those locked shares looming with the potential to dump don’t look nice. I have enough shares alone that I can probably tank this stock down 40-to 50 percent in an instant and still have plenty left over. What’s your thoughts on all the outstanding locked at the moment
