Maybe... In the real world material events (like the loss of your 'flagship' and only mining project) needs to be PR'd asap. In Canada a PR needs to be issued "as soon as practicable and in any event within ten days of the date on which the material event occurs". But this is the OTC, they ditched their Toronto headquarters, and Hiru is a faux mining company.

Ballsac was obviously a con job and not a very good one. The lithium investment could have been interesting, but small, small potatoes for wealthy Qatari mining gods...

The water company CEO had been (then) tweeting a fairly constant "Miro is Gone" message years ago. Like following along waterchaser im-poster even recently--at again re-organized HIRU: Even recent management is noting that Miro-message posting doesn't make them so, or relevant--(anything waterchaser im-poster messages, likely most notably noticed). Hiru was reorganized late fall, 2023. That was turning out to be a surprise even last summer--again then getting reorganized.. The e-commerce part could have worked, and was working. The current management acknowledged a consulting contract in the new reorganization, now no longer in place. Anything adminstrative is more likely clerical-relevant, only. That is the more recent company messaging.

That argument has been made for years.
