Grapefruit https://grapefruitblvd.com/ (OTCPK:GPFT) updates it's recent announcment regarding the proposed acquisition of Diagnostic Lab, as well as the proposed recapitalization of the Company.
The Company announced it was “finalizing its due diligence on DLC and is in the final stages of negotiating the terms of its anticipated financing and structuring the transaction documents, all of which it expects to complete in the next several weeks.”
The Company further reported that “due to current general market and economic conditions, the anticipated transaction and financing process is active and continuing with all terms and conditions of financing and structure expected within the next 30 days.”

You been saying that for weeks so jump in Tarzan! What happened to your big debt cancellation you were hocking last month? Hmmmm….if you knew anything about the mall attorneys running the show (unless your one of them) you’d be heading for the hills! Seriously what about this company who has intentionally gone dark is so appealing? These guys just repackage off the shelf crap product with their not no special branding….then there is the thc lotion which sold a dozen bottles after being hyped for a year as the next big thing!

Simple math? Outside of the Auctus nonsense ,most of this is note payables or convertibles. I doubt any judge is going to let them skate on 4M. They got the cash and spent it! The attorney bros might be great lawyers but are not great business operators and that was very obvious from the public disclosures way before they went dark. You might be able to ink out a quick trade here but the product sales are just not there…not that you care

Yeah well I like material numbers…last reported the company did only 29k in sales for the first half of 2022 as compared to the previous year of over 400k. The 2022 CGS is 8 x sales! How many “manufacturers” throw in fixed cost with a variable expense? It’s like they think nobody will look….mall attorney Fuzzy Math!

“Included in cost of goods sold are plant operation and other direct overhead expenses incurred to maintain our production facilities. These fixed carrying costs affect our gross margin more significantly at lower revenues than at our anticipated full operating activity levels. When inspecting inventory this quarter, we found some inventory was damaged, which necessitated a $68,500 reduction in inventory. Most of the product was salvageable and will be ready for resale in August 2022.”
