      MM, Recent Q and S1 does indicate something is happening, this hasn't been manipulated for nothing. S1 noted a R/S 1:6 and stock offering of 3.5M shares to raise more funds? Odd they would risk patents against last $2M loan, maybe this next raise pays that debt off and secures all product/patents as is a great RISK losing company only assets as they burn through a ton of cash here. BUT all speculative until company actually FILES/SUBMITS appropriate documents. ALL INCOMPLETE to date? PREFERRD HOLDERS are set in stone, not sure of common holders as R/S will settle back pps quite a bit after initial close, imo.

      I do assume you may slightly understand that a mere reverse split to get above a specific price point is ONLY one item of many criteria's for an uplist. SO I can speculate it isn't a GEVI up list as it will be GEVI being taken over.
      Further speculate that buyer will not be giving a favorable valuation for GEVI.
      First, GEVI has to actually submit real filings, FINRA may not even approve r/s as GEVI isn't even current PK requirements.
