It's sad because this symbol was full of promise back in 2016 when JLO was aboard, I sold my holdings and bought a brand new car, all cash, and invested some. you probably are absolutely right. Ive seen so many of these OTC CEOs just get rich on all TRADERS involved. thats the motto of the OTC world. High reward, hIGHER risk. getting rich on OTC stocks IMO is coming to an end for normal common share traders anymore!

Well I am not a regular basher of stocks. I will say this though. I know this company and the background of it well. Robert flushed shares to anyone that would give him money before he reverse split this previously. Back when he flushed I bought this stock and kept adding all the way down. Well it never went up but my point is I had 4-5 lengthy calls with Robert and he swore he would not flush anymore stock and get friendly financing. I stuck over 80k in this stock while he kept dumping and lying to me. He used me and lied. The company has nothing but bullshit and no employees. His brother even left most likely because he wanted out of this scam quietly leaving. Company is broke and this Reg. A money goes straight in his pocket.I want people to know about this POS scam artist. He abuses the Reg A at shareholders expense as never have a shot once they buy in. All this to say he is trying to pump this just enough to move shares. He know the game and issued Restricted shares to raise the OS enough to get 15 million share traunches to the toxic hedge funds. Look at his old filings and see the nasty people buying this Regulation A. He has 45 million shares issued and the look back price currently is .0023 so who wins here? Not shareholders and just watch Robert will dump again. Notice his Reverse wiped out previous shareholder leaving only 11 million shares. Notice he has an Auth. at 7,500,000,000 billion shares.
