Assume it would only be a certainty with a filing but Wouldn’t that prompt a wave of selling/Downward pressure if its a one time event sale situation? your logic makes sense. Shells used to be the king shit if the OTC. Especially than and custodial shells like this.
Follow a few rehab krews like Synergy and Lazar and Alpha ridge. Buy up as they work the shell back to current and sell when they score a change of control.
Biden has killed the reverse merger sector. American money making companies have no confidence to go public. Why take the risk when we are facing economic collapse. Just look at the economic proposals Harris is offering to divide the haves and the have nots. Not to get political, but I always held a few dozen shells waiting for the control sell. Dump on that news. Do a PDQ if you like what is coming in and decide if you want to go long.

No it’s on the expert market, however today synergy has a hearing in trying to get custodianship which can be the first step in making this fully tradable again
