No, at least not in the USA. Have not been for years. Lots of legal issues on purported illegal transfer of assets in Europe. Looks like some creditors have taken them to court here in the USA. Very doubtful BLSP ever returns to a commercial entity.

FYI folks! BLSP has been and continues to be traded on the US OTC exchange, it is the BROKERAGES that restricted trading of these CAVEAT EMPTOR tagged symbols. The hype about a MM picking it up is total bullshit. The only way it stays trading is to have a MM back it. Whom else do you think is trading it BELOW the 4th decimal position? Anything under .0001 is MM territory. YOU CAN"T PLACE AN ORDER DOWN THERE. They have accumulated a large number of shares and WILL dump them on you. $BLSP is junk IMO. Good luck getting out.

Yep, this POS is just a money grab toy for the MMs now. They take any scraps under .0001 and resell them to dreamers who eventually sell them back at market price so low where the MMs grab them again where retail can't. Imagine having your own cash cow where you can make 9999% on a flip and all you have to do is keep a dead ticker listed.

So there are 2 lawsuits pending that may effect BLSP, but I see no path for them to have any effect on the BLSP Shareholder. One in Delaware, and one in NC. Both could take a long time. Both involve Prassas Capital, who brought the legal action. Will be interesting to see how they work out.

So the Kooks over in ST are full of conspiracy theories, as in deep BIG FOOT stuff. The Kook-Aid drinkers over there think BLSP is a huge company that is ready to rise from the ashes, but is being held back by some sort of deep conspiracy. Hey maybe BLSP loses the law suits, maybe they did illegally transfer assets? I suspect some day the court will rule on that. I personally believe it will not make a hill of beans difference in the outcome for the shareholders. I have been wrong before, not so much regarding BLSP, but wrong. We will see how this plays out. So it looks if all the fan boys have dropped this one like a "Hot Potato". A number of people got burned during the P&D, but frankly those that did lose money, did NOT do any DD.
