Those two limited success items = True…But just because they were not successful in the past does not mean they cannot be successful even very successful endeavors in the coming future after re-scheduling. Put them in the skill set closet – could come in handy. I like that they are willing to change in order to succeed. I’ve seen a bunch of company’s go down the toilet because they were unwilling to do so. Life is a constant state of change and the Cannabis Industry will change dramatically with rescheduling.

Per their last management filing, they have basically abandoned this business model and are seeking other ways of generating revenue. The consulting services were a failure regardless of "Rescheduling" and are seeking consulting services elsewhere.
