How could you sell? I was told by John Beyer that buyers are hard to come by, and that the company is still working on capital? I inquired a year ago and was told just recently that basically the company is still working on capital??? I would love to sell $55,000 worth, at half the price, any takers?

Yes to be fair they had the Borgers issue like many other companies so they had to get a new auditor, it‘s just shocking to see that this new auditor doesn‘t yet have a 10Q ready for them. It‘s wild.

I agree 100%. They did make a statement that the previous accountant was fired and they hired a new accounting firm but it’s time to bring everything into compliance so we can move forward. They owe it to the investors!

I also have concerns that ARAT Stock trading will be restricted. It is hard to understand how you can run a business without knowing your financial position. A 10 Q is an easy extract from the company's Financials.
ARAT has so much potential. It is hard to watch them put shareholders at risk.

There is no SEC information to show you about this. Don't forget these are rules that are made by otcmarkets, when it comes to the point when something is moving to the expert market. The 45 days after a quarter ends to file your Q that the SEC gives you are long gone for ARAT. They are very delinquent in their Q2 filing, the Q ended end of april and otcmarkets gives you 90 days to get that Q2 filing in after the quarter ends. That was end of july. If no filing within these 90 days you go on the graceperiod (if you are a solicited filer) which will keep you an additional 15 days off the expert. After these 15 days you will go expert market. On the link below if you scroll down you will see "last day on grace period date" which shows august 16th which is today.

I honestly don't see that ARAT qualifies for the large company/ADTV exception. In fact I have never seen a company qualify for that ever, out of hundreds of examples. And if it doesn't, it will be on expert market on monday without a filing and it will lose the solicited quotes for now.

you stated in a previous post that you were filing with your financial advisor is it you that invested and if this information is out there why can't you show it or is it that it might not be true . posting heavy statements like that on these boards can cause people to sell . you should have waited till you heard a response from them .I am not saying your wrong at all. if I sold now I would be down a lot but I'm hanging in. But if someone sold because of your statements that that aren't facts yet and this thing goes up I don't know about you but it would weigh on me . And I get it if your right you did the right thing Best to all of us
