For the six months ending June 30, 2012, American Riviera Bank reported unaudited pre-tax income of $661 thousand ($0.26 per share).

Due to effective deployment of deposits into loans, American Riviera Bank reported a net interest margin of 5.36% for the quarter ending June 30, 2012 increasing significantly from 4.55% one year ago.
