i did find it on barcharts.

CHKMF: Curiously, it was Orion's "TIMGZ" who, yesterday, shot me an early iHub Private Email wherein he elaborated that this present CHKMF firm was the result of a May 2024 MERGER of two (likely) OTC firms.
