An agency doesn't go to this level of progress at an accelerating pace unless it intends to act.

We are 351 days from January 24th and 308 from March 7th.

Assuming a 60 day RFI, it's 291 and 248 clock-on days.

Is the expected timeframe 210 clock-on days? If so, maybe our RFI just took a little longer than usual.

The good news is that we are now on track with all licensing applications received since 1 September 2024 to meet our commitment to conclude assessments within expected timeframes, providing consistency of service for applicants.

I think it's safe to say that's a bold faced lie.
