FINRA has been taking forever in 2024 on ticker changes.  It's not managements fault.  I'm in a few tickers where it's been submitted 6 months or more.   It's ridiculous. But part of standard govt agency inefficiencies. 

Even under the best of circumstances, MVNT's management is not capable of moving the company forward. When will this miserable management finally pull the ripcord?

I think that may have been me. I will check later as i am quite busy now.

A lot of trash will be removed from DC soon, but too much will remain there for now.

Works for me also.

The share structure has already been updated at OTC Markets.

In general though, per Rule 144, majority of the time in these cases, there is a 6 month holding period on the newly issued shares. Not always, so there must be a work around to get shares registered and unrestricted faster

Hope he's not kidding. If we got funded tomorrow we would be built out and producing right near the end of his 2nd term based on the timelines suggested in the past. Hopefully the REE workflow buildout added to the original plant is the same or somehow shorter. If we do intend to produce REEs.
