"Blackwater Gold Mine, British
Columbia, NI 43-101 Technical Report on 2024 Expansion
Study" with an effective date of February 21, 2024. The report was prepared in
accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of
Disclosure for Mineral Projects) and is available on the
