You are making wild assumptions that they will take that long to apply to FDA,  and that we would have been filed and approved by FDA by that time .
Not sure anyone is in position to announce P3 currently . But hypothetically if it happened companies don't take half a decade to apply to FDA .

It's all dependent on the power of the chip and what it is capable of imo. We've seen this before when Intel led the chip market for computers then AMD came along.
