Though you are correct, the setting of a date for the pre trial conference suggests the Judge thinks a subsequent MTD will be futile.

I think most of the money in the hardware has been made (still holding NVDA and ARM but not adding).

The AI software business and then next gen hardware (Quantum) is where there is still money to be made. PLTR has shown that (and has plenty of TAM to go) but many will follow.
