Last year, Amarin made a preliminary announcement of Q4 results on January 10th. It was a good quarter, and the SP jumped 32% in one day.

I agree that the SRNW warrants have expired quietly. They were mis-priced anyway, so it's not a big surprise nor a concern. They will have to be reissued one way or another to accommodate a new merger. Letting them expire was the easiest
